I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, located in a quiet area up in the mountains, offering a cool ambiance and stunning views. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Miss Hutami at the playground. The dining experience was exceptional with a complete buffet setup and a great view, perfect for boosting my mood in the morning.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms had an amazing view over the mountain, featuring an extra large bed along with a comfy sofa bed in the premier room near the swimming pool which they appointed as the kids club, making it a perfect choice for our quick family getaway. The service was top-notch, with very pleasant hospitality from Nessa at the receptionist and the friendly staff, like Irfan from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. However, some improvement is needed with the bellboy staff to be more helpful for a five-star hotel.

My stay at Intercontinental Dago Bandung was a mix of great experiences. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a nice bathroom, although it felt a bit out of the way from the city. The service, especially from front desk agent supervisor Natania Ayu Pujakusuma and front office manager Mely K Asih, was warm and friendly, like a home away from home. The dining options were somewhat disappointing compared to other 5-star chains, but the location in Dago Pakar offered a nice view and good access to Bandung.
